Event Introduction
The 2025 Seoul Lantern Festival, themed "My Light, Our Dream, Seoul's Magic," will brighten Seoul's winter nights. Light sculptures and a variety of programs will create magical moments, and you can meet Santa Claus and his fairytale friends at Gwanghwamun Market. A variety of attractions await, including a sculpture recreating the first electric light from 1887, a lampshade inspired by the Netflix animation, and a commemorative piece commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Cheonggyecheon restoration.
