Ended 2025 Korea Kimchi Festival

The 2025 Korea Kimchi Festival is a nationwide, participatory event designed to preserve and spread kimchi culture, a representative Korean food culture and a symbol of community. Hosted by the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) and co-organized by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Kimchi Association, it encourages citizens to make and share kimchi themselves, embodying the spirit of sharing and coexistence. Furthermore, the festival connects traditional values with modern consumer trends through sales of kimchi and kimchi ingredients, exhibitions of kimchi masters, and a kimchi culture promotion center. The festival features kimchi-making experiences, kimchi sharing events, half-price kimchi sales, celebratory performances, and various hands-on booths, establishing itself as a kimchi culture festival open to the public.
