Duri Dance Center works with those who are building their own artistic world. Duri Dance Center (CEO Lim Hak-seon) was established in June 1990 as a small dance theater. Since 2009, it has been remodeling its space and conscious approach to transform into a creative space in the heart of the city. Constantly striving to improve its unique theater environment, Duri Dance Center operates two studios and performance halls: the B1 Black Box and the 1F Foyer, as well as a 3F Office and lounge. Depending on the characteristics of each floor, a variety of performances are presented, ranging from traditional and creative dance to new concepts and styles in a convergence space. To ensure balanced development and diversity in the dance arts, Duri Dance Center operates under the "Humanities, Dance, Humanitas" system, integrating performance, research, and education. We aspire to become a popular performance space and a hub for contemporary art.
